With this weekend's kick off gathering, the Norwegian Shinkyokuskushin organization looks back on a very eventful summer. Summer camp with Suzuki Sensei and Sensei Kumiko was an amazing event with everything you could wish for. Only about a month later: Valeri Sensei Kick Off Camp in Horten. These two events are great for a little shin-nation like Norway. Such events provide a boost on several fronts. Within Karate discipline gives it naturally better insight and understanding. But it is also about to develop as a human being, and when you meet other people, you can see the bigger perspective.

Cooperation is also a keyword, where Norway has received several good relationships. Guest instructors as we have mentioned above, is one side of this, another aspect is the cooperation with Sweden as a regular actor. And so it should be, because this is entirely positive experience.

This weekend camp is theory in practice in relation to this. And as mentioned, there are several benefits to this. In a challenging environment, it is important to have something that balances it all, and there is karate's values and attitudes essential. This applies to everyone, and perhaps speisellt for the younger who need something to strive for.
