Christmas is a such a wonderful time … and combined with Shinkyokushin Karate is truly a highlight ;o)

Ringerike Karate Club, Hønefoss, Norway has good traditions in the Dojo every Christmas. The Dojo will be a good place to each, here you can have a second home along with the rest of Karate family. 

And there may also be some who are not doing well at Christmas. then becomes The Dojo even more important than you might think at first.

So on Christmas Eve it is training in Dojo … a little out of the ordinary exercise of course, but it was only fair for it’s Christmas Eve!
