Training camps of the Russian national team on Sinkekusinkay preparation for the World Cup. Wellness Centre “Azure” (Nizhny Novgorod region, Vyksa) From January 29 to February 4, 2013

Workout in the pool prepared sensei Gennady Nechaev, who is himself a member of the national team. Guys floated nearly 3 kilometers per workout, using different methods and modes of navigation.

Also as part of fees, a special session on cross-Fitou with rubber loops. For this purpose, from Moscow came a team of 3 people, working under the name «rubber4pover». Communication was very positive and helpful.
