This day we had the joy of two training’s in Ochannomizu Dojo. First set was a mixed training with mostly focus on basic ,led by Kumiko Sunakawa Sensei. The second training was held by Misuhoro Izumi Sempai, a training in great variations and wisdom. -and stamina fight training.

Third day (Thursday) Full house again! Sweden, Norway and Japan in good training and a great mood! Sunakawa Sensei brought us Kihon, Kumite and Kata!
Top class instructor Kumiko Sunakawa Sensei, teaching Shinkyokushin Karate in Ochannomizu Dojo, Japan. Several Karatekas from overseas train Karate during their stay these days, not only waiting for the World Championship.
Good training and a great atmosphere met us in the Ochanomitsu Dojo!
The U22 / U16 European Championship held in Poland 27-28 November is only a month away, ant the registration date is the 30. October – one week from now.
At the time this tournament are growing in the shadow of the upcoming World Tournament, but many countries do have the teams registered all ready!

Med 40 års jubileum i ryggen, loste Tromsø karateklubb i havn tidenes største Nord Norske Mesterskap med 87 deltagere! Samtlige opperative klubber i nord var med, og bare det i seg selv er enormt bra!

Some new British open champions was added this year, but maybe without the big surprises.
Dag to, altså lørdag var det klart for ytterlig jobbing i bergen Dojo. Antallet hadde vokst bgodt siden fredag, som også var ventet, og det ble til tider koselig trangt under sparring gjennom dagen!
Fana, Egersund, Bryne, Ringerike, Horten og Bergen karateklubb var på plass denne dagen, og det gledelige var at også apparater i flere klubber var til stedet. -i tillegg til flere gode fullkontakt utøvere..
Denne helg er det full fart i Bergens Karateklubb sin Dojo, hvor kamputøvere fra flere deler av landet møtes for å dele kunskap. Egersund, Bryne, Fana, Ringerike og Bergen kk er på plass, flere klubber kommer til i løpet av kvelden…
Fredag ettermiddag og kveld ble det kjørt to økter. Den første med Sensei Stein, hvor teknikk og timing sto i fokus. Økt nummer to ble kjørt av Sensei Nils, hvor en oppvarmende innledning kom i form av teknikk og litt sparring, som etterhvert ble avløst av en god fysisk økt med Tabata intervaller og pute/sekk variasjoner.
This weekend the British Open will be held, and for the 39th time. The British Open has been a really solid tournament, manly dominated be Russian fighters the last years. Held 2 weeks after the KWU World Championship, and 2 weeks befor the WKO World Championship, we can see that this affects this year’s tournament.
Nevertheless, the tournament will be good and we bring you this years fighters..
