Gode prestasjoner i Lørenskog Cup 2016

wp_20161029_12_31_47_proRegion Øst hadde utøvere og apparat på plass under årets Lørenskog Cup i Oslo. Selv om både stevne og klubbene var preget av et relativt stort sykdomsfravær la det ingen demper på innsatsen av den grunn. Horten Karateklubb, Færder Karateklubb,og Ringerike Karateklubb stilte til start i Kamp og Kata. Denne gangen var det mest trykk på juniordeltagelsen, som er et bra tegn for fremtiden!

Polish Openweight Tournament 2016
