Da staret dette som en klubbturering som skulle gi de yngste et trygt og utviklende tilbud. På den tiden ble turneringen kalt Oki Kodomo, senere utvidet dette seg til “Open” hvor andre klupper, organisasjoner og land kunne delta. turneringen dekker alderen 10-17 år….

DRAW – Kokoro Cup 9!

kokoro_cup_9_2016_posterOnly few days left, and the 9th edition of the Kokoro Cup is on! The line up are ready, and once again strong athletes from the best nations in Europe will meet on the tatemi to be the champion! The event will also this time be streamed live! (link in the article)

We will take a look at this years fighters, one fighter from Belarus, one fighters from Switzerland and one fighter from  France. Lithuania brings in three very strong fighters and last but not least: Poland with two fighters from the top level.

Kunihiro Suzuki – once again!

33th-kopi-2Last month the 33rd Tohoku Championship was held in Japan. Last year about same time of the year as now, we read that the winner of the 32nd Tohoku Championship was Kunihiro Suzuki – and the fans all over the world cheered it greatly!

Now once again the 8th World World Champion has stepped up on the tatemi to challenge him selves and others

Polish Open Carpathia Cup, gathered 470 athletes from several countries: Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden and Poland in 2016.

This time the venue is changed to a bigger stadium, and the 2017 edition will offer eight tatami`s to fight on!

European Championship Kwf – results

kwf_ec_201625-26th November, The Netherlands 2016, The KWF European Championship was arranged. The Kyokushin World Federation European Championship stands out from other organizations by allowing the world to participate in the EC. A somewhat special way of choosing the best European champion. And what will be the difference between a World Championship and a European Championship when it will be the same regions that enters. Anyway a great tournament, many nations and many organisations as IFK, Shinkyokushin, Rengonkai, So-Kyokushin and and more attended.
