5th All Japan Open JFKO 1st day

After a intense first day it is safe to say that The 5th All Japan Open JFKO tournament keeps a sky high level! With amazingly many very competent fighters in the line up, one really do have have “something extra” Another point is that the categories are so big, that it will give the top fighters a almost similar set up – as the World tournament. Fighting trough two days in categories with 108,82,65 and 48 (men’s division) and 39,29, 28 and 21 (women’s division) And do not forget that the FINAL DAY will be streamed LIVE.

The Polish national will always bee interesting to follow. Poland being one of the top nations in Europe, with highly competent teams and fighters. For many of the fighters this was only two weeks after they fought in the European Championship – that could easily be challenging! EC Shinkyokushin 2019 – write up

12-13. April 2019, Lithuania, Vilnius – European Championship Shinkyokushin was organized. The women division divided into five categories contained some of the best fighters in the game – not only in Europe but also world wide.But the remarkable factor was how incredible well prepared young fighters was. Not only coming into the senior tournament “to see whats up”  but challenging the top as well.This was seen several times, physically as well as technically. There are no doubt that the new generation of fighters are pushing the action – but never underestimate good practice and experience.

EC Shinkyokushin 2019 – write up

12-13. April 2019, Lithuania, Vilnius – European Championship Shinkyokushin was organized.With some of the  favorites out of the tournament, one could think that some big hole must be filled…but EKO Shinkyokushin – “The fight dispenser” took care of that! And should we just writhe a hymn..that’s have rimes with nineteen and Dimitrov?!

The level of organizing was at its very best – as we are used to see from Lithuania. Siemens Arena holds a very high standard, good capacity, good air and space. And the action on the tatami – have we seen it so even between the nations before? The favorites are still the favorites – but nothing can be taken for granted.

European Championship Shinkyokushin weight categories 2019 – counting down! Once again, the line-up and the support of the championship are at its best. It is clear now that the Shin EC are stable at the top. Comparing to others, the number of fighters in categories and not at least their proven level puts these EC trophies in the category “Most wanted” This edition we have an EC with over 225 contenders only seniors, only fighters from the European region. WKO/EKO are one of the few that manage to fill their categories at a respectable level when it comes to high status tournaments. The most powerful category +65kg women!
