1.Weight categories and number of participants for each country
a)European Championship for Adults Open Category:
( 18 years of age at the day of the competition )
•Kumite men: Open weight category
•Kumite women: Open weight category 2 participants per country in each category.

b)European Championship for Youths U22:
( born in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998 [ 18 years old on the day of the competition ] )
•Kumite men: -65 kg, 65-70 kg, 70-75 kg, 75-80 kg, 80-85 kg, +85 kg
•Kumite women: -55 kg, 55-60 kg, 60-65 kg, +65 kg
•Kata men and Kata women 2 participants per country in each category Kumite and Kata.

c)European Championship for Cadets U16: ( born in 2000 and 2001 )
•Kumite boys: -50 kg, 50-55 kg, 55-60 kg, 60-65 kg, 65-70 kg, 70-75 kg, +75 kg
•Kumite girls: -50 kg, 50-55 kg, 55-60 kg, 60-65 kg, +65 kg
•Kata boys and Kata girls 2 participants per country in each category Kumite and Kata.
d)Country organizer has one extra participant in each category

3. Accommodation and transfers
Hotel accommodation
Accommodation in Hotel Marinela Sofia ***** (Official Hotel) will be available at the following special prices:
Standard Double/Twin Room – € 32
Standard Single Room – € 55
Deluxe Double/Twin Room – € 40
Deluxe Single Room – € 70

Prices are in Euro per person, per night and include breakfast (BB).
Transportation to the sports hall from the official hotel will be arranged by the organizer free of charge. Guests staying in the official hotel get free entrance to the Sayonara party. Accommodation in the official hotel at the above mentioned special conditions will be available through Dream Holidays (Official Partner) of the 2016 European Championships. Hotel booking and reservations will be made on the official registration website (ec2016.info).

Flights are available to Sofia Airport (SOF)
Transfers from Sofia Airport will be scheduled by the organizer at the request and expense of the participants. Transfer requests will be made on the official registration website. Detailed transfer schedule will be available by email and online before arrival.

4. Financial conditions
• Accommodation, flight tickets, transportation and meals shall be covered by the participants and/or Country Organization;
• EKO participation and antidoping fee: € 20 per each participant;
• All payments should be paid by bank transfer;
• Information for participants and guests staying in other hotels: Sayonara Party ticket € 25, transportation to sport hall not available.
