Japanese team ready for The 6th World Championship 2017
Kazakhstan, Astana 2017, 1-2 July, The 6th World Championship weight categories will be held, and once again the best fighters from each region will fight to be the best in their weight class in the world. For the first time during the The World Championship weight categories (former known as the World Cup) it will be new weight categories, the same used in the European Championship, and of course in the The JFKO All Japan Weight Category Tournament.

Endring i knockoutforskriften?
Idretter med “Knock-out” til hodet er og har vært et helt eget tema i Norge. Den siste tid har det vært stor pågang fra Bokse Norge, og da aller mest fra NPBF, Norges Profesjonelle Bokse Forbund.Det var en milepæl ved sist “justering” når hjelmen forsvant, denne gangen er det videre endringer som gjør at man på generell basis vil nærme seg internasjonalt regelverk.
Fra NPBF har man etterlyst svar, og kultudepartemantet sender nå følgende forslag på høring…..

KWU EC Results
Another European Championship are history, and the results are all ready well known. As expected many of the favorites did win their categories, but also some fighters could be crowned with their first European tittle. Shinkyokushin with some of the best fighters in their organization made a clear statement, an in total the results was marked by this.
KWU – European Championship
KWU Kyokushin World Union organizes the 1st European Championship this month (11-12, June) in Belgrade. This is the first edition of the EC tournament in weight categories as the Open Weight was held in Russia 2012, and even as a European Championship, fighters from all over the world attended…
This years tournament keep it “inside” Europe, and 26 countries are registered. Do some drop outs in the last minutes there are 49 women and 115 men in the tournament. The women are split in to 5 weight categories, men in to 9..
RM 2016 / Swedish National
Lørdag 28.Mai var det klart for RM – Riksmesterskapet i Kyokushin Karate. Kungälv var stedet, og det vil si to timer (tre fra Ringerike) fra Oslo med bil retning Göteborg. RM er for de beste i Sverige, og sammen med RM har man SKK Cup, som er for de mindre erfarne. Det var en høy standard på rammen rundt rurneringen, ettersom det var avholdt i Mimers Kulturhus Kungsälv. Nivået på de som kjemet sto i stil med lokalet, meget godt nivå. Med store deler av startfeltet med internasjonale meritter var det klart at dette skulle bli bra, og der var det også noen klare favoritter. De leverte under dagen, noen ganger litt for hardt..!
