Open weight champion 2022. In 2013 Wolny entered the EC podium for the first time – 3rd place European Championship in the light heavyweight, and 5th place in The 45th All Japan Open Tournament. Hard-working for many years, several podium places in different organisations, and been representing Poland for many years in the major tournaments. For many being seen as the proof of never giving up spirit in many extremely long and demanding fights. In Poland, known for hard fights in the Polish Championships with top fighters of the world as Maciej Mazur, Patryk Sypień with more.

15 years ago we received the very sad message of the death of Tokujun Ishi.
“Despite prayers made by President Midori and all Branch Chiefs, as well as students and many, many other people, Shihan Ishi passed away today, on November 12th at 11:17am. He was 44 years old.”
The weekend 22-23 October, Maciej Mazur and Monika Zielińska was the guest instructors during a training camp held in Norway. Norwegian Karatekas was in for a excellent weekend lead by top athletes of the world.

Riri Ishihara recently won the World Championship – lead by her father Tadashi Ishihara. By winning the World Championship, Riri copied her father from 1997, where he won the very first World Championship in weight categories.
We saw many good fights in the 7th World Championship last weekend. One of the absolute favorite fights for our sake was Dimitrov vs Artyushin. When you are slightly above average interested in this, you quickly remember whether similar fights have taken place – and yes, they met in The 4th World Championship as well.
