This year compare to last year, has been really a big contrast. due to the pandemic that has – and still are, a huge challenge for us all – and looking back at 2019, with several major tournaments, 12th World Championship(s) to top it all. Championships of any kind are not more important than life itself, and it has to come in that order. Well some great tournaments did go trough in 2020 – and we will take a closer look at some of them,and maybe some new faces to see..
As always, we are impressed looking at the full-contact fighters that enter the tatami over and over again. But this year, due to the pandemic that has – and still are, a huge challenge for us all. Over ten year ago Mikheil Tsiklauri capture the European tittle in the LW division. The EC final in 2009 was a great start – and a warning of things to come..second place the year after, before winning the EC tittle once again in 2011. After this he entered the podium 4 times, including going all the way winning the EC final in 2019 – for his third time (MW) Representing Georgia in the World Championships has also ended in good results, 3rd place in World Championship in weight-categories in 2017 – in the process beating All Japan Open Champion Shunsaku Kawase.
Lørdag 5.desember var utøvere fra Oslo, Finnsnes og Ringerike på plass for å avholde Dan gradering i ledelse av Erik-Anders Helin, leder av faglig råd. Gruppen bestod av godt voksne utøvere fra Finnsnes kk, Ringerike KK og Oslo Shin. At det stod utøvere med 20-30 år i drakta klare for en gradering gjorde settingen spesiell.

Also known for his incredibly strong finish in his matches, with a pressure, pace and power that is very difficult to resist. Good knock out set ups – like the high knee or the “death roll” that secured his EC tittle in 2018. EC Champion 2020 EFKO European Championships, and EC shin Champion 2021. Been national team member of the Lithuanian team for many years, representing them i European Championships and World championships across countries and organizations. So, the fight-card and the fights are ready for this years Kokoro Cup. Some very good match up’s to top the event where Poland’s top names takes on other top fighters – from Europe. We will take a look at the match up of this years event!
28th November 2020, the Russian Championship in weight categories was held, and the result in total could one see as a mix between established fighters and up and coming fighters.
The 21st edition of the Polish Open was held this weekend. The championship was held in Katowice on November 14, 2020, and was supported by almost 70 clubs. We bring you the results of the Open-weight category for women and men, as well as the results in Kata.

Sunday 29th November, the Junior will be fighting for the top positions, as today the adults and U-20 was in the spotlight. The seniors was also split into B category (less experienced) A category – top level.
