If it is one tournament that really have a deeper meaning – it would be Branko Bošnjak Memorial. We have to realize that the most of tournaments are made for one reason – to compete to find the best fighter. To have a deeper meaning into it will set a different value – or as we like to say: Branko Bošnjak Memorial have a soul.

The 1st edition was a fact in 1995, one category open weight. At this time and up to 1999, it was only men categories, in 2000 the women’s categories was added. If not mistaken, the 2001 edition was not held.
