75 year old graduated to Black Belt – Shinkyokushinkai

Now the 76-year-old Norwegian Karateka received his Shodan belt from Japan with great humility. But of course, not without pride. “all people should practice every day” is one of Sempai Einar Alendal  from Norway’s saying.

Sempai Einar Alendal from Bergen Karate Klubb.

Senpai Einar is the oldest one in the Norway with Shodan rank. Last summer it was time for graduation after a long preparedness. for over three hours at a stretch, the test was conducted. And the new Senpai intend to continue to push himself ahead. In his youth age he practiced several styles of combat sports. And it went in Judo, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Karate. But it never came to test for his black belt in any of these. But since he retired, then he got the time to exercise and take the goals he had so long desired: Shodan in Karate Shinkyokushin!

There is also a clear message from the new Sempai, you will live longer, you should exercise and keep fit. And there is Karate a good recipe. And finally, “it’s always embarrassing to be lazy”
