Kumiko Sunakawa is for many a well-known profile in Shinkyokushinkai.(Even among practitioners here in Norway!)

 Not only is she one of the best lightweights in the world,and known for her strong fighting spirit.Sensei Kumiko also has tremendous instructor qualifications. With tournaments and instructions are Sensei Kumiko around the world. Sweden has regular visits from her,and the spring 2010, she visited Norway for the first time as well. 

Sensei Kumiko also has a sister. She is not as prolific as Kumiko, but equally dedicated to Shinkyokushin Karate. Mika compete well, but has yet to fill sister Kumiko `s shoes.
