Å spre Kyokushin rundt over hele kloden har man alltid hørt om,men dette tar det tema bokstavelig talt til nye høyder!
Å trene i denne setting er ikke som normal Dojo drift må man trygt kunne si,og det er selvsagt den totale opplevelsen som settes i fokus. Det kjøres på seminardrift,og er du klar for en "sommerleier" uten om det vanlige så er neste runde 21.juni! Dette arrageres fra Russlands side.

In the trip "Kshatriya 9: training in« KSHATRA TEMPLE »DOJO,
Seminars Masters Kshatriya, views of battles and educational films on martial
arts,
tracks on the outskirts of Jib, swimming in a mountain river and under a
waterfall,
three-day trip to the crystal mountain, Indian Himalayan sauna and conversations
by the campfire ...
Tour of Delhi (visit MainBazar and buying souvenirs) on the way back.
Agenda:
- Morning practice at 6:30
(Breathing and yoga)
- The first training session at 7:30
("Work on the road" - running through the mountains, and "form" - Kata)
- Bathing in the mountain river or waterfall at 8:30
- Breakfast at 9:00 am
- The second training session 12:00-13:30
(Physical training and shells-Makiwara, pada, clutches, bag)
- Lunch at 14:00
- Kumite, work in pairs at 17:00
- Evening Practice (yoga, Tai Chi) at 18:00
- Dinner (fire-communication) at 19:00
List of necessary sports equipment:
- Dogs (kimono or clothing, according to your type of martial arts)
- Shorts and t-shirts, running shoes for running, comfortable clothing for
everyday training.
- Windbreaker and pants
- 3-4 hanks patch (width of 3-5cm)
- Shields on shin
- Bandage on groin
- Boxing gloves
- Glove shell
- Legs, pada (if any)
- Caps and hats (for those who are going to box)
- Yoga mat
- Mountain boots or sturdy shoes for a hike
