De aller fleste som trener Kyokushin,eller Karate har fått med seg at man har en bestemt måte å legge sammen/folde Karate Gi`en eller drakta på godt norsk. Det er alltid forskjellige meninger om det meste,og det er alltid interesant når det dukker opp nye vinkler på relativt gamle tema...

 

Sensei Piotr Szeligowski 4th Danhas been an internationally renowned and highly accomplished Kyokushin Karate fighter, instructor and author for over 30 years. During his career he has won many prestigious titles including: 1995 European IFK Kyokushin Karate Champion in Cardiff UK, bronze medal at 'The 1993 Oyama Cup' in Katowice, Poland, 'The Best Technique Award' at the 1995 IFK Lightweight World Cup in Moscow, and was named 'The Most Spirited Fighter' at the 1997 First IFK World Tournament in Moscow. Sensei Szeligowski is a multiple medalist and champion of Polish Knockdown Tournaments and an international officiating referee for knockdown and kata. He provided an invaluable contribution to the Polish IFK Organization during his tenure as the Country Representative 1997 - 2004. Piotr Szeligowski delivers a unique and powerful combination of his achievements as a fighter paired with a theoretical knowledge base that's substantiated by his masters' degrees in political sciences, sports training, and physical therapy. He lives in Switzerland and is currently conducting a research for his doctoral dissertation in philosophy.
