Spring School 2012

Kazakhstan, Almaty  26-29 April 2012

1.     Goals and Objectives

Spring School 2012 (the Spring School) shall be arranged in accordance with the calendar schedule of Almaty Federation of Shinkyokushinkai Karate by B. Kabulov for 2011-2012, with the following objectives:

• improvement of the coaches’ qualification;

• comprehensive development and maintaining of the high ethical standards and physical qualities of sportsmen;

• strengthening of amicable sport relations between the countries;

• improvement of sportsmen skills;

• certification of sportsmen for the higher level;

• improvement of the role of Shinkyokushinkai karate as a sport for the effective character education.

2.     Schedule and Place

Schedule of the Spring School:                                         26 and 27 April 2012

Arrival of participants:                                                       24 and 25 April 2012

Seminars:                                                                          26 and 27 April 2012

Kyu tests and Dan exams:                                                  29 April 2012

3.     Organizational Procedures for the Spring School

Almaty Federation of Shinkyokushinkai Karate by B. Kabulov shall be responsible for the general management of the arrangement and conducting of the Spring School.

Immediate responsibility for the organization and carrying out of the Spring School shall be with the Organizational Committee of Almaty Federation of Shinkyokushinkai Karate by B. Kabulov. The Organizational Committee shall consist of:

·         Chairman of the Committee: V.A. Kim, 3^rd Dan;

·         Branch Chief of the South Kazakhstan District: B.K. Baktayev, 3^rd Dan;

·         Coaches of the Federation.

4.     Coaches of the Spring School

Seminars and qualification tests shall be conducted by:

Norichika Tsukamoto, Black Belt, 3^rd Dan, Brach Chief, Double World Champion (Japan).

Roman Reznik, 4^th Dan, Branch Chief of the Far Eastern District (Russia).

Roman Nesterenko, Black Belt, 2^nd Dan, World Cup winner, Bronze Medal Winner at the World Cup (Russia).

5.     Participants

All teams that received this Invitation are allowed to take part in the Spring School.

6.     Program

·         Theoretical course

·         Practical exercises

·         Assessment

7.     Requirements for Admission to the Spring School

Team coaches shall provide the following documents:

·         A group request for participation in the Spring School,

·         A group request for assessment,

·         A document proving participants’ qualification (Budo Passport).

7.     Financial Conditions

The fee for participation in the seminars is 15,000 tenge.

The cost of Dan exams

1^st Dan: $200, a certificate and a belt

2^nd Dan: $250, a certificate and a belt

3^rd Dan: $350, a certificate and a belt

Payment for participation in seminars and exams shall be made before 25 April 2012, in the office of the Federation of Shinkyokushinkai Karate by B. Kabulov at:

A representative of the company that sends participants to the Spring School shall confirm (by the above phones) that the request was successfully accepted. Late or incorrect requests shall be rejected.

Deadline for submission of hard copies of the requests for participation in the seminars or assessment (Attachments 1 and 2) and making payment is 18 April 2012.
