Shihan Cyril Andrews, needs no introduction for those who know what Kyokushin is all about.Shihan Andrew is one of the true pioneers and has over 40 years experience in the game.

The Skiathos Palace Hotel is located on a small hill overlooking the famous Koukounaries bay and Maratha beach, at the southwest corner of Skiathos Island, offering splendid views of the magnificent area. Koukounaries beach - only twelve kilometres from Skiathos town - is the most famous beach of Skiathos and one of the most widely known beaches in Europe. It is known as "Golden Sand" since the sand there is extremely fine and shines under the summer sun. The beach offers the visitors a chance for a rest since the forest of Koukounaries reaches down to the sea. |

Morning training begins at 06:30 a.m up to 08:30a.m with running at the golden beach and practicing of KIHON-KATA–BASIC TECHNIQUES of KYOKUSHINKAI-Special Techniques of Sport KARATE (WKF) at the magnificent beach of Koukounaries. Then you can enjoy a delicious rich breakfast next to the hotel’s swimming pool under the bright, warm summer sun. |

Then the programme is free. You can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in one of the many beautiful beaches of the island. You can also visit one of the many sights of the island. Evening training take place between 18:30m.m up to 20:30m.m next to a lake. Dinner is being served up to 22:30m.m and you can taste many of the Greek traditional delicacies .And there is always the possibility to keep on to meet the intense night life of the island. *Examinations of grading will take place on 27th of June to the level of 4th KYU and 1st-2nd DAN. |
