Last year, there was a very strong support of this camp. "Spirit Camp" attended by over 80 participants, Sweden, our neighbor contributed greatly to this. The weekend August 3 to 5 fit well with regards to that several have had summer vacation. The camp is a "kick off" for the autumn season. Interest in the camp has already been considerable, and it is also an association with several use this as a "top" forward to the Swedish Open. The camp will be a Kumite / fight camp. And there is always the social which will make this really gives us something extra!

Shinkyokushin Norway holds each year, a "kick off camp" at the start of the season. Around the middle of August has been the time for this. This is an event that has become more and more popular, and for athletes it is a good test to check their shape!
With Valeri Dimitrov Sensei as a guest instructor this is a great continuation from this year's summer camp, with Kumiko Sensei and Suzuki Sensei. To see this happend in little Norway, to get this access to top instructors is almost beyond belief ..
 

But on a other side, this is how the Shinkyokushin world are, buildig each other to reach new goals and unexpected gains. Having said that, we never forget that there are people who are present, people, individuals. And they come first, then the skills they possess.
