The draw is always exciting tournaments. This gives me even room for speculation and assumptions, which in turn provides greater expectations. As mentioned, one will findplayers from several organizations, but there are of course many who have EC in its own organization at the same time. It is naturally a majority fighters from Russia, the country has an enormous number of practitioners. -and this is by all means also be held in Russia.

Kyokushin World Union www.kwunion.com organizes the Open Weight EC in Russia June 9-10.2012. In that on that occasion the central Kyokushin organizations have been invited. For those who choose to participate, there is naturally enough, soon a lot of prestige in this. Seen from the practitioner perspective, this is a unique opportunity to measure themselves against other fighter that is not in their respective organizations. The EC also sets up the possibility for the countries that in many cases do not participate in the EC to normal, because they are outside the European region geographically. (That said there are also differences in the respective org. For example, some have with Russia in the EC, while others consider them as outside EC)

Being on the status of European Championship, a tournament, in fact, will be a non-World Cup will bring together not only as representatives of the Old World (with no restrictions on the country), including Russia, but also the homeland of karate athletes - Japan (not whiter than 5 people from each Federation ) and have confirmed their participation of athletes in Africa (about 10 countries), North America (U.S., Canada), South America (Chile, Brazil), Central Asia (India, Malaysia) and the Middle East (Iran, Lebanon, Kuwait, Israel and others).Russia will provide the strongest fighters 25 - 5 from each organization - a member of the Association of Russian Kyokushin. Among the participants - only champions and winners of World and European Championships.

When you pick teams from each organization will naturally enough athletes who will meetkeep strong track record. Also it is open enough weight will naturally attract the heaviestathletes from the organizations.
